Hi there I have been to a few investor club seminars etc and made comparisons on their prices with actual prices in similar and same areas and have found them to be virtualy the same.I really dont think the Investor Club are out to rip anyone off and thats a big call for me. Peter

Ive had someone pull out on a signed contract in WA. I found it all too hard and it was going to be expensive.I gave it to them. I think it could be more trouble than its worth. There are a lot of other houses out there.Thats just me.
