I will send letters, but it would help to know if the owner is residing in the property. Also, becaase of what I want to offer, I want to be more personal than a "dear owner" letter.
Plan is to option, DA and sell residential splitters. I don't want to ask owners to sell cheaper; listed properties, don't work well with long term options as it's not fair to ask the agent to delay commission.
