Having read a lot about positive cashflow investing (and knowing that it is the way I need to go in order to achieve my medium to long term goals), I definitely feel the need to network with likeminded folks. I want to make a start now, but fear is probably my biggest enemy at this stage. My friends are all of the "negative gearing school", so I get very little joy these days when we talk property. Would love to join the May 20 event, I hope it would give me the ideas and kick in the butt to take action!

P_retired: you mentioned that you are in Bunbury. We are currently in the northern suburbs of Perth, but would be relocating to BY end of June. I was hoping to meet up with likeminded people down there as well… Do you know of others in that neck of the woods that would be interested in regular meetings?
