Both games are complete and were purchased when they first came out. Original price $390. Token price only $100. The games have been great and have been a good learning tool. I would be happy to see the games being used again as we have moved on from board games and are now involved in property development.

The main reason why trusts are used is to protect assests from attack.

With the current market conditions I would be looking at a profit margin of 15 to 20% with a buy and hold strategy. That adds up to a lot of dollars.
Better than bank interest and yes I do factor in the risk.

Thanks for your reply. I agree with what you say – what you see is what you get. However I do believe that it is the responsibility of local council to follow up as many are illegal and do not have permits.
Years ago local councils used aerial photography to monitor such activities.
I have also recently required a permit and had quite a chat about this matter with the building inspector – but he really wasn’t interested. Probably another case of councils being under resourced.
I believe councils should be much more vigilant.
This would also have ramifications for public liability would it not.

The answer is yes ! Like debtdogg said the first agent will have to split the commission.
