    I suggest to keep things simple, Fullout.

    There are two kind of options.

    A simple one page option which just details the property, a price and a time within which the option should be exercised etc. (which your solicitor will say about that it isn’t detailed enough).

    Or an option created by your skillful, knowall, theorising solicitor which perhaps is as much as twelve or thirteen pages long.

    The problem is that if one wants to place too many dots on the iii’s the document becomes so complicated that the person who has to sign the document will refuse to sign because he becomes frightened.

    When he therefore consults his solicitor the solicitor will do him a big so called favour by talking him out of granting the option thus making his client miss out on a sale.

    So the choice, Fullout is really between a simple option which is so simple and straightforward that the option writer will be happy to sign it there and then or a complicated, detailed one which will never be signed.

    Yes, there are people here who are interested in loans but, the way you go about it, you aren’t contributing anything in your post, just sneaking in an advertisement without paying for the priviledge.

    From what I understand one can display one’s website address on the bottom of one’s post but in this case you are just bludging, not contributing, not giving anything in return.

    Clearly your method is out of bounds.

    I have now downloaded and installed the Microsoft patches but the problem still persists !!??

    As is clear, I am not the only one who experiences problems.

    To summarise, I cannot do what I do on other websites i.e. Copy and Paste a post to Microsoft Word.

    The only way I can actually Copy and Paste is by
    starting a reply to the Post and thence Paste the text (which I want to copy) onto the ‘Reply to Post’ page and only then can I Copy and Paste from that ‘Reply to Post’ page to a Word page. (which is rather cumbersome way of doing it).

    unfortunately…..the powers that be @ work are still blocking him……and with the kids having parties and all that…..the pooor bugger is stuck playing mummy all weekend while I work!! I will have to start DEMANDING he spend time on the computer!!!

    UNfortunately it isn’t quite as straightforward as that as, more likely than not, the sales are reported perhaps as much as two months late.

    It takes time for a sale to settle and for the sale to be entered into the sales book at council so there is normally a two months lag between the time the contract was entered into and the toime the sale appears in either council’s sales book or the land title’s records.

    The way to check prospective tenants is to ask for references.

    Not only their present landlord but also the one before.

    Don’t bother to check with the present landlord as without fail you will receive a glowing report if they want to get rid of their tenant.

    The second last landlord has got nothing to gain by telling you lies and you will be therefore betold the true facts if the tenant is a no-good son of a bitch.

    Slum Lord, if you are talking about residential real estate it looks as if you would have to find a nice Iraqi girl and make her into your Slum Lady.

    I understand that under Saddam’s regime foreigners couldn’t own real estate.

    As Iraq hasn’t got a new constitution as yet the picture isn’t clear enough so marriage is probably the quickest (and only) way to get a head start. [:D]

    They publish reports and, yes, there is a charge for them.

    Westan i use a business development manager not a bank manager as he is able to approve loans upto $1M (not all at once)for me with out having to go through the chain of command.

    This is important as it may stop you from getting approval.

    Secondly, how does the land slope ?

    How to get rid of stormwater is an important factor (which, again, may make the difference between getting approval or not getting it)
