>>Local community/neighbourhood newspapers are also a good source and some of them are even online!<<
Kay, thanks for the advice though I would think that logistically it would be a rather impossible task.
In another thread (Property Resources) Chan provides details of an Australian publishing house which sells
the very same details we all are looking for.
To put it in a pure and simple way, nothing makes a woman more attractive than when she behaves in a natural manner, not putting up a false front. (and I am NOT talking about her tits).
It is good to see you taking such an interest in real estate Karan.
I would think that your best shot is to approach the manager of a nearby real estate and tell him that you are passionately interested in real estate and ask him whether he would mind for you to get some work experience for a few days. (during your school holidays ?).
Make sure you dress up and wear a nice shirt and tie and a coat.
Often schools organise this kind of thing as well. Ask your teacher or school principal whether they do and, if so, ask specifically whether they can place you in a real estate office.
Getting an after hours job to earn some money that you can save is a good idea as well. Provided of course that it doesn’t interfere too much with your school studies.
I would think that it would be unreasonable for a council to refuse consent to also build a house for the caretaker/manager of the business as such a business clearly requires fultime (i.e. 24 hours a day) attendance by the manager.
Yes Tim, do come back with subdivision details as I do have some suggestions as to how to obtain approval even if the proposed area isn’t large enough to comply with council rules for subdivision.
Keep watching as the moment Steve is able to accept advertisements I will be providing some interesting details like for example interest free loan for people in trouble (your buyers perhaps !!)
There are two sources that I know of already and probably more.
No, it isn’t St Vincents the Pauls. [:o)]
Another very exciting feature coming up shortly on a website near you is (most likely, I am working on it, keep your fingers crossed) for example FREE Residex property reports. I think they normally are about $ 70 each or so.
Keep watching this space. (I suggest you subscribe to this topic)
