    Yes I am more after capital growth rather than rental yield, somewhere between 7-10% p.a. growth.
    What would be the suburbs within $400K price range that you would recommend?

    By investing in low income areas, are you foregoing capital growth in favour of cash flow?

    You have to buy in the right suburb, and in that suburb you have to buy in the right street, and in that street you have to buy the right property. Most importantly, access what are the demographics that you want to access through your investment property. I have just read this insightful property investment tips and it resonates with my property investing philosophy.
