What motivates you to get up in the morning and go to work? Is it the money, the job you love, the people???? Could that not also be said of being a property investor? I love the money, the job of researching and finding the deals, and I love the people I deal with.
If you are in a comfort zone then you need to get out and try something different, and everytime you go into that comfort zone again do something completely different to challenge you. You live once and when you are 95 what would you like to remember of your life, not much to tell the grandkids if you’ve never done anything huh?????
Don’t waste your time wondering just get out there and DO IT!!!

Isn’t a good thing when the media rags on the R/E market? Doesn’t mean that the prices slow down and gives you the opportunity to purchase at a lower price than if it continued to grow? Also gives you greater capital return when you do sell later. You make your profits when you buy not when you sell!!![biggrin]
Same as the share market you don’t buy at the top only when it has gone down and is heading up!SH WA

It is an accepted WA law that a fax is a legal document when signed by all parties. It needs to have a witness. If it is faxed through so many times it becomes illegible then the settlement agent may require that signatures are done on the original offer and acceptance contract so that the stamp office (tax dept) can read said documents. I asked my agent for the legalities to your query so they have come first hand.I have a fab settlement agent that I fully trust and can give you the name and a phone number.
