Im selling my house cause i dont want it anymore. Its a purpose built duplex with 7 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 4 bathrooms, 4 living areas, 2 outdoor entertainment areas, 4 car accom, 200m bitumen driveway, perched atop a purdy hill, on 5 acres 30min from Brisbane.My inlaws rent half off me.
Im sick of living with them.
So im moving.

Just agreeing with the other reply’s, most of the suburbs could be around 30-50min from the city centre, but this is depending on the traffic.

sorry if this is obvious to anyone out there…. But how do you flip a property? (find a willing buyer?) I’ve read the book + others, and still can’t figure how someone would pay more than you did originaly. And you got double? Must be a trick to it! Feel like sharing?
