Hi everyone,
Thanks for all the replies, unfortunately most of my friends and family are not too interested in property (too old school just ppor and pay it out)
so its great just to see others with the same interests ideas, that’s why this forum is so great.[biggrin]Roy, would like to discuss further,if you can pm or email me, much appreciated.
considering today the option of using a buyers agent, any recommendations for anyone in the area?
many thanks pfp
thanks again Marisa,
will certainly do research of areas before my trip, like the idea of older props on the bigger blocks would love to tackle a small development there in future but hubby worried because of the distance (reside in syd).
will enjoy looking around when there, looks great, just a shame its such a quick trip and will have young ones in tow
but will make the most of it!!
appreciate your help
many thanks

Having my current situation relooked at, so hopefully will soon see which direction is best.
Thanks again for the replyCan get this info from propertyvalue.com.au tells u last purchase price and date and current median and growth stats if known, they have a sms service but have found (the service not the info) to be unreliable at times.
