Hi. Im a tenant in a low set qld property. I recently asked the real estate if they could ask the owner to put fly screens in. The answer from the owner was no, that if I do it at my expense and to a professional standard I am welcome to do it myself, but the screens have to stay there when I leave.
Is that even legal?
