    Hi Hoolign,

    Be very carefull with those.
I only managed to escape on the sunset clause with the same scenario on the Sunshine Coast uni accom.

I found out that there is 2 types of body corporate fees and together they totalled approx $ 8000 / annum ( without checking exactly what they were . )  Also over the Christmass period you have no control over holiday rental … you can be lucky or not.

At the end of the day the body corp fees squashed the potential cash flow profit ,, and I had no control or say in the investment.
    Cheers,

Has anyone come across this before ?
Is there legislation about it in NSW .
Does t need to be removed or can it be left in the building ?
I would really appreciate any advice.
    Cheers for now,

    Hi Carlin,

I don’t know which broker has burnt you … You seem to be feeling a lot of pain.

Our group has 40 odd lenders and 700 odd products.
My whole ethos is to help people solve their problem and let them achieve their dream..I firmly believe that a good broker would be like your Doctor and would also save you thousands.

An interesting site for you to browse is
    http://www.ratecity.com.au ….

I hope that this helps you.
    Cheers,

    Hi Paul,

Your website looks informative. I for one have been interested in the UK property market for a long time and follow another property investing site there.
    Regards,
    Rod
