Agree we all need ethics, but for the right reasons…… are you saying I lack ethics ?? please clarify…..
Were you involved in drafting the Code of Ethics for VF in Australia ??? I don’t recall getting any emails from you on it……………………..

I’m not anti-Jenman so much….. if you think that, then you did not read my posting properly……
I’m simply saying that you need to clear away the smoke and mirrors to see Jenman for what he is…….
He does SOME good, but most of the good he does, ends up in his bank account………….

Teachers deserve better salaries…….
On the holiday side, well, I think that is definitely one of their perks, that maybe they should look at……..

You have valid points there, but as they say…. which Mr. Jenman should remember….
Those who live in glass houses should not throw stones….
Jenman attacks way too many people without looking at the facts before he does….. sorry, but as I said…. if his system is supposed to be there to help people…. WHY ISN’T HE ???
All he’s doing is promoting his way of doing things, and charging fees for it…….

Folks, lets take a few steps away here…..
Whilst I will not doubt his books usefulness, as I have yet to read them, isn’t it interesting that they seem to be a form of advertising for his agents and the franchises….
I mean, come on folks, can you honestly tell me he is REALLY helping people ??? He looks like he’s helping people, but the reality is, he’s helping himself……
It doesn’t take too much of a brain to figure his game out…….
I’m sure the Jenman occult memb…. oops I mean. um…. I’m sure the Jenman faithful will want to flame me for the above….. but, when you are sitting on ( reportedly ) $20million, and, you aren’t really helping the real “battlers” out there, then… sorry…. I don’t believe you……

Kiyosaki’s books are about getting us readers to think outside the square….
They definitely ain’t detailed “how to” books, but they do hopefully get you moving…
Personally I couldn’t give a stuff if rich dad was real or not….. it got me moving along very nicely thanks…..

If you do your homework and are patient, there is property there in the 160+ range…. that is, if you take yr time…..
Melton is a nice place to live, and, yes, it should be a good area in the future….
I used to live in Sydenham 25 years ago, and all we had around us were cows….. now the place is surburbia….. :p

OK, Folks, think it only fair I share this NEW info with you.
Hans has emailed me personally, so, I will paste some of the info here. In all fairness to him…

In life as we get older our values do change, and, sometimes that affects the friendships we have.
I see some of my relatives (older than me) who have worked hard all their lives, and really haven’t gotten anywhere. I can see some jealousy when I start to relate to them that I invest in property…. but that’s life….
We all grow and we all change. Some people just dont like change……
Who Moved My Cheese !! Is a good example of this.

Not so easy if you are in Oz…. As to the banks it’s seen as an “overseas” investment, on many occassions they will only lend 65-70%.
You also have to contend with FOREX risk. at the moment, this is in your favour, but, if the Aussie drops suddenly, you will be faced with a margin call, and be asked to top up the loan……
Best way is to advertise for private lenders in A$. There are quite a few around overseas ( Aussie expats…. )
