I do have faith my friend, unfortunately if we were to continue our current lifestyle the action to avoid this new depression should have been enacted 20 years ago. Yes mate, sounds like you have a sizable chunk of equity and your not over extended. if your rents/tax are cutting it even then hold and stay mate. Why pay tens of thousands in fees etc for sell/buy again?
