Hi pumperjsJust some advice as i also work in the IP field, test the water by investing in 1 IP to begin with. Circumstances change overnight these days and you dont want to over commit early on. After 1-2 years if all is going well then invest in second IP. Make sure you also get independent advice regarding solicitors, accountants etc, etc. Regards Paul
