    Yes this is true,to comply with UCCC you must supply to the wrapee a statement every six month.

    Hi Dottie,

    Just a couple of other things to look at as well is:

    1) What do you want to achieve from property investing(financial freedom,income)

    2) How soon do you want to get to your goal??what is your goal???

    3)Set out 1,3,6,12 month goals

    4)What time type of property investing would you like to do??(buy & hold,wraps,flips,buy-renov-sell)

    Nathan,

    1) “Vacancies” when you have a property and you rent it out most of the time it is a 6 or 12 month lease.
    At the end of the 6 or 12 month if those people decide to move out for some reason the property become’s Vacate.
    It may take you or your property manager a couple of weeks to find a tenant,so you just have to take the vacancies(what if the property becomes vacate)into consideration when working out your cost’s for buying & holding.

    Hello Nathan,

    1)B & H stands for Buy and Hold.
    2)What % I think what Steve is talking about is what % is allowed for the management of this property,repairs and maintenance is a extra cost on top of that.
    Property Manager’s I think charge around 6 to 8% but it’s like anything can negotiate one you attain more properties.

    Thanks everyone for your help on this topic,I have ordered the Wraps program from Steve and can’t wait to get it and learn.

    People have mention that there are other different strategies to find/make properties positvely geared.

    Could you let me no of the other strategies – wraps.

    I have a couple of propertys that are – geared and wish to get find out how to make/find those + geared ones.
