    Hi Mal,

They said they could do it but then later realised they couldnt.I did get a credit card though from them quite easily and this can help with a loan later.

WC – are you saying you managed the magic trick oif getitng a US based credit card without a SSN/credit rating? Can you give me some more details. I have a small property portfolio in the US and have been looking for aUS based CC deal for ages but as most know it seems nigh on impossible no matter what.

Thanks Raddles, I’ll check out the WA REI. I’m not worried or interested in spending money on a solicitor as it is an agreement between two 100% owned entities and so there won’t be any animosity or arguments. But I do like ot keep things “proper” in the case of an audit or something similar. If anyone has a WA proforma it would be great. Thanks.

Cameron, Thanks for the quick feedback. 40 yr leasehold approx $60kpa. Current tenant is into 2nd yr on 5yr lease at approx $200kpa, two 5 year options. Property is on market for $1.25m.

Looks attractive but don’t like the idea of tying up 40% or more of the value.

Within 5kms of CBD of major capital.
