I was looking at there product recently and liked the idea of the flat rate. I will look into them further. Is there anything else you could suggest or advise me on in this property market? I am an interstate buyer and it is unlikely that I will be visiting the area prior to a purchase so anything that you can offer would be appreciated

In total there will be approximately 7 weeks rent owing to me at this time, which will be covered by the LLI, then there is the bond of 4 weeks, The expenses will use up all of that with a shortfall of $400 after that.

The other thing I forgot to mention was that I have signed a 24 month contract with them. Would I be able to leave them short of that time frame now that they have done the above mentioned?
