As an owner of a stand alone (i.e. non duplex) equivalent – I was more than a little excited by what happened. I wasn't thinking of selling, but now i am not so sure…..

Just remember though, that the accountant's fees are tax deductible for next year's tax return. So it is not a total loss……..
