If you mean Steves Masterclass it is on October 23rd – we haven’t heard anything recently but have the details of where to rock up which came by email just after booking ages ago. If you have paid did you not get an email just after? If this is the one you mean let me know & I will dig out the details.

Be positive! Take no notice of the doom & gloom merchants – do your own research & listen to the people on here who do this stuff every day of the week & know what they are talking about. They are all willing to help anyone with an open mind & not for their own personl gain so make the most of what is on offer here & lose the negative vibes!

I made enquiries re the recently advertised Harris st car parks & fees to consider are:
Council rates – $500
Parking Levy – $880
Strata costs – $506These spaces were $59,000 & $61,000 plus gst unless gst exempt.
The net income excluding gst is $1776 so close to the $40 mentioned.

We are only at the beginning of our wealth trip but nevertheless have been sponsoring our little boy James from Zambia through World Vision for the last 3-4 years. Seeing pics of him wearing the clothes that we have sent is a real feel good thing. We have also more recently taken in my sons best friend who can’t live at home any more due to an intolerable situation & he is such a joy to have around & goodness knows far more helpful around the place than my boys!

We are building an IP that will hopefully just about be finished on Christmas is this a good or bad time to be trying to get a tenant in? I would have preferred to show the house finished & looking its best but if the timing is bad maybe I should look for a tenant before it is finished so that they can be installed prior to Christmas. What does everyone think?

How sad that a few who clearly visit the forum & take what they need from it have to then abuse it & spoil it for others. Its very simple – if you can’t think of anything nice to say don’t say anything at all. I wonder how many people on this & other forums are taking a stab at getting out of the rat race because of Steve? I’m sure by now Steve is well passed the stage of needing to do any of this stuff so why look for ulterior motives? Go pick on the genuinely shonky people instead – plenty out there to choose from!

I discovered on the Wizard home loan on-line calculator that a credit card with a $10,000 limit reduced the amount of the loan I could have by $55,000 & when I asked my Mortgage broker he said that can be the case. This is even when you have a zero balance o/s on the card. So theoretically if your cards are worth around $40,000 does this reduce your borrowing capacity by $220,000? I could be completely wrong of course but financial institutes seem to work in weird & wonderful ways particularly the CBA which I will not be using again for future investments.
Once you have ditched your credit card debt would you not do better to set up a line of credit for your deposits & expenses? Then you could also ditch the credit cards.Sparky
