The campervan sounds ok if there is a few of you travelling. I’m travelling alone, so it would be a waste I think. Also be mindful that there are certain roads where campervans aren’t suitable (?). I can’t confirm this however on the large travel map I have, these roads are clearly listed.
Sorry I can’t help out with an answer to your debt recovery question, but I have something else to ask you. You mention that the property is a “student rental property”. Does this mean that it is located on campus or something like that? Why can’t you rent it out to non-students? I’m sure there is a reason, one which you have probably thought about. I’m just curious…
Thanks for the great summary! As you already know, I plan to purchase in NZ this year. I have booked my tickets, i’ll be arriving on the 9th Feb. I will be contacting you soon
I think you have to be the only person I’ve come across who is happy with their Brother printer I’ve had one before and wasn’t too happy with it… i don’t think i’ll get one again. Thanks anyway.
I’d say yes, everyone can be rich! Sure, the money circulates in the community, but it’s what the people do with the money that counts. If they put the money to good use, i.e. invest and make the money work for them, then they on their way to financial freedom… however if they blow it on useless luxuries, then their hard earned cash goes to someone else… and so the cycle begins again.
It does make you wonder though… is there enough money around for “everyone” to be rich?
Can you give us more info on the PO loans soon to come out? How do the lenders make money if they aren’t charging you interest? Surely there has got to be a catch (large on-going fees, etc…)?
I too am going to NZ in January. I’ve hear that January is generally a quiet time in NZ, wit a lot of people going on holidays etc… i guess this could be a good thing and a bad thing for us.
