My husband and i  read lots before starting out and we gave Margaret Lomas a miss because A .it was hard to find positive cash low with good capital growth and  B not what we needed at our pont in time  in the investment market . jan Somers Book was the one we could relate to and started us on the investment path. there is no right and wrong and we have done many  things the books say not to do but it has all worked out. There are many paths that can lead to the same end, it depends how comfortable and confident you feel as to which way you go. Oh and if things dont work out dont give up just try again another way
