I've purchased 3 properties with Advantage and they currently manage all my properties.  I for one have been very happy with their service and assistance.

Hey jarad,
I'm based in Perth, I've just been told by my chain that DHOAS has been put on hold.  Rudd govt. wants to review it, no implementation date has been given.  I'm sure you'll be waiting out like heaps of us.  Will be interesting to see what the current government puts on the table.

I had a negative experience with these guys. After putting in an offer on one of their properties, the bank valued the property far below what they said it was worth. This confirmed what alot of friends were telling me that they sold overpriced and poor quality properties.
I was lucky, due to a subject to bank finance clause so was able to walk away.
