    Hello Stu,
    To answer your questions:

    >Can you explain how you think treasry bill, letters >of credit, etc. will help you?

I am researching each of these methods, amongst others, to move my investing way beyond the staldard financial limits of my own personal level of servicability and equity…

Part of my approach to Investing is that normal use of the items listed above is only of passing background interest. My aim is to always look for ways to stretch the envelope, looking to non-documented or creativly new ways to use oppertunities.

    Anyway. Thanks for your response.

    Best wishes.

    Regards
    Brenton

    Hello Stu,
Yes. The post was not as clear as it could have been.

I am looking for creative ways to create substantial collateral with minimal input from myself.

Once the collateral is in place I expect I would be able to shop arround for a loan given the right documentation.

    Regards

    Hello George,
Whenever you are short of recources, equity, servicability, time you could look at taking on Joint Venture Partners to supply what you currently lack.

You could document the deal and sell it on to an investor.

If you are short of equity how about looking over the property sales in the areas you hold properties and seeing if you can use the new price references to manage a valueation to give extra equity.

If you are short on servicability but have some equity you could remove some of your equity place it into an investment and you have an instant increase in your servicability.

Without knowing your full circumstances It is hard to fully cover what could be done.

    Regards

    Hello Brendon,
I was considering doing the reno king workshop but I am mechanically challenged, its a genetic thing. I have even turned roses into lawn using my mower. Were the instructions simple to follow? To my understanding he adds rooms with some of his renos.

    Hello melbear,
Yes. I agree. I am amazed at the low quality analysis surrounding HK. It is a shame when reading the property supplement in the newspaper and watching current affairs programs is used to justify existing prejudices and sold as an original creative thought.

Sometime humans are not as smart as they would like to think they are, and I include meyself in that category.

Those that live like the herd suffer the same fate as the herd.

I wish everyone ther best in their investing.

    Hello,
Just a personal view of a newbie. The majority of promoters I have run into combine creative genius with verbal diarrhoea, mental masturbation and are fast becoming legends in their own minds.

All we need to do is take the best bits and filter out the BS.

    Regards
    Brenton
