Yes. The post was not as clear as it could have been.I am looking for creative ways to create substantial collateral with minimal input from myself.
Once the collateral is in place I expect I would be able to shop arround for a loan given the right documentation.

Whenever you are short of recources, equity, servicability, time you could look at taking on Joint Venture Partners to supply what you currently lack.You could document the deal and sell it on to an investor.

I was considering doing the reno king workshop but I am mechanically challenged, its a genetic thing. I have even turned roses into lawn using my mower. Were the instructions simple to follow? To my understanding he adds rooms with some of his renos.Regards
