    It's $90K, freehold, zoned residential/commericial. I want to combine my existing debts into the one loan as well ($15k approx).
    I qualify for the FHOG.
    The residence is habitable but it's not a 'home' – its a dugout, a barely fitted-out series of rooms tunnelled into the side of a hill. (All services connected and basic fixtures installed). So, work required.

    I don't have 20% deposit but I can borrow that amount for a short period from my family.
