If i had a PPOR with equity of about $200k. Is it easy to set up an LOC ? How much $ could I get on an LOC for 200k equity.

How would one go about setting up a piece of land with sheds on it.
I assume you would have to get approval to do this. Say you have a piece of land in an industrial area and chuck 30 sheds on it and rent it by the month. You could have crazy CF+ parties. How hard is it to do this? Is it a long process. I guess it would differ from council to council.

In terms of CF+ is there a minimum sized town one would search in.
For example is it silly to buy an IP in a town of under 3000 people? How about if this town was slowly growing.How about a town of 5000 but slowly declining?

My Fiancee is a pom.
She is currently a permanent resident. We recently bought a PPOR and also applied for the FHOG (still waiting for reply).
She is taxed as a normal citizen.
Even people in Australia on student visas get taxed at the normal tax rate (under normal employment coniditions). Not sure about property purchasing etc. I would assume it would be no different.[upsidedown]
If you get your employer for that year to talk to their accountant then they should be able to easily get it for you.
