Are there any restrictions on the people allowed in a trust for example are non-residents/citizens of Australia able to be in a trust?

Not directly related to this question but has to do with the FHOG. Are there any occasions where you can receive 2 x grants for one property (in NSW that would amount to $14000) if the property was listed under 2 owners ? I didnt think so but a friend of mine was adamant that this was possible.

I think property prices have alot to do with perception. Therefore, if you give a suburb a more favourable name then it would increase the prices. Where would you prefer to live in Redfern or Alexandria?

I understand what the basic meaning of an interest-only loan means but what do you recommend for someone who is looking to grow their property portfolio? Do the banks prefer us to try and pay some of the loan off eventually or are they happy for us to just sit there for 10 years paying interest only.
