    Yes, I think that kind of pricing should cover you.

    Site costs are the tricky costs to forecast.

    Hello Myrlin,

    I am a registered builder and would be more than happy to have a look at your plans and give you a quote if you would like?
    As Maurice mentioned size, inclusions and site will all play major factors especially the later with site costs being the biggie.
