Has anyone had experience with them in NZ?
If they are not well received – why do you think not? Us kiwi’s can be pretty sceptical about new, prehaps unconventional, methods. Or could be just that the idea has not been understood.

I’m thinking that with the recent increase in home prices that it may now be the only way for many to get into the home ownership market.

Any thoughts……
