you are 100% spot on on what you wrote. What his team does not say this will only work for people on high income and everything they say prior you pay membership that its all do able. Until you pay membership and complete and apply to their mortage broker then they say that i dnt qualify. after taking $1000 deposit for 1 yr membership i said to them why take my membership if i dnt qualify for the bank because of my finance situation, it happened today i must say i got my refund of $1000 with no hassle i repeated to them what i wrote he they really didnt say much . again they present a very good presentation on all ads and speak with embitin to make out that any one can do this and one thing on their ads even if you have next to nothing in your savings can do this, i wasted my time , i said prior to membership take my my finance situation see if i qualify then take my money for membeship i guess it falls on deaf ears
