hey again,maybe an easier way to describe it is is it better to have one PPOR worth 500,000 dollars and then wait for the equity to rise or have one worth 300,000 dollars but aquire an investment property in addition within a yr?Cheers

Thanks alot Terry. I will research the tax laws of Norway and hopefully as you said i will be able to claim tax back over there.
