Hi Richard,
Thanks for your comment, I have also looked at your other comment you referred to and this is a great help.
I suppose one of the major things I got from your comments and other comments on the forums is to be wary of the "one stop shop" groups and get independent advice/valuations on things.
We have meetings with both groups, will see what they come up with.
I may need to contact you for some more specific advice if that's OK.
We are treading wearily at this stage.
Any other suggestions regarding CF+ and NRAS properties would be much appreciated.
Thanks
John Maxwell wrote:Hi Newsam, I've never heard of this company either … The closest to this name I have heard of is' Advanced Property Strategies' but I don't think you are referring to them. I also agree with Richard about the 'one stop shop' strategy. I feel most of the time this strategy comes from a foundation of greed rather than being of service. I'm sure there re good intentions in there as well. I'd much rather deal with specialists in the related fields of expertise!Hi John,
Thanks for your comment but I was not looking at greed, I am looking at options to get started in property investing, as i am very new to it and just trying to check out as many things as possible.
Do you have any suggestions for me to start getting into property investing ??
Any comments appreciated.
Thanks NewSam

Recently declared bankrupt for about the third time and known in Qld as King Con). Well Advanced is operated by his son Stephen….same mode of operations….overpriced property in bad locations that will make sure you never recover or have the ability to invest once you take the step.
Ivory Home Loans is run by Dudley's son in law…..Reon Witherdin. Just as clandestine as normal !!
Hi Speedie Gonzalez,
Thanks for your reply it is much appreciated, I was a bit suspicious about them when they didn't answer a lot of questions at the seminar.
Thank you very much

Why are you asking about these companies? What are you trying to achieve from property investing? Are these companies offering you anything different to what you can accomplish with your own group of professionals?
Cheers
