Yes, you still can get loan if you're non resident or not staying in Malaysia. Thats what we called it pure foreigner with investment.
The difference is unable to accomodate more than 3 loans as per policy and the margin of finance wouldnt be higher, nationality and income would be very crucial at this point. Foreigner loan in Malaysia is not that very hard. Just need to spend some time.
