    I’m currently about to purchase a house myself and wanted know more information on what offer to make and how to get a win/win offer. Found this site which has help me answer few questions on what to do.

    Thanks for the great advice pete. [:)] Will try the building inspection and termite inspection and make that a condition of sale. Your advice has given me a general idea what to do.
    I agree with the statement that ” If you notice any problems yourself, you can make your offer conditional on the vendor fixing them before sale.” Otherwise get them to drop the price. Will do that for sure.
