G’day Craig,
Unless you are an accountant, do yourself a favour and get a good QS and employ the services of a good accountant experienced in property. His cost will pay for itself in no time.

HI Joshwally
You have got to start somewhere. Try the banks and mortgage lenders. It doesn’t matter if they laugh at you-you are learning and gleening their advice at the same time. Also buy some books (Steves’ is a good read) and educate yourself as much as possible.

G’day andrewsal,
I have to agree with you. We are going to do the same thing next year. Sell our ppor and a -ve cashflow when the 12 months is up because it has actually got some capital gain. Never again with any -ve cashflow property. Hope it all works out for you guys and we might cross paths somewhere out bush in those buses.

I searched high and low for any dearly departed who left me a fortune but, alas, I found nothing. Its an interesting site though for anyone who hasn’t been there before. Good to hear you had a win.

Hi all,
I work in the petro-chemical field producing raw chemicals. I’ve been doing it for 20 years so I must enjoy it. Its never boring and because its shift work it gives me plenty of time to read and learn about property investing. Only have a PPOR and 1 IP at the moment.
