I have just secured in last 3 months about 6 in Speed and Nagle street.These were purchase between 160-180k, rents being $280-300pw.

For sumb $200k, I am still purchasing many properties around sydney for $200k and getting $300pw rents.

Just on it, the place is a 1 bedroom home like a spec home at kellyville inside, its real good i just meant rent it as a spare room and if tenant lives in it i have control as it is not classified as a flat its a room.
