    Dear Richard,
                             Please don't consider this as spam, and no the air-fare is not included. Members of this forum are located in Australia but it is possible that some of them are visiting Las Vegas for business or personal trip around 19th Feb and these members can get the benefit of the free loan modification workshop.

    Some members of this forum may also have friends living in the USA and they can convey this message to there friends. After all the workshop is free and anyone who attends will get to learn something.

    The post is not done as a link building exercise but its just an invitation.
