Hi, Yes I thought you couldn,t go wrong with managed funds until sept 11th. Since then I would never risk alot of money towards them. Where as I have never gone wrong with property. At the end of the day its about how much you want to make and how much you want to risk.

HI Josh, yes I found where they were thanks to you. In answer to your question they are in the riverina western nsw, but everythings very expensive here so the return is minimal although capital gain is always pretty good. You know what the go is here at the moment its land subdivision and I did find a excellent opportunity. Too much for me alone dealing and waiting for council aproval just too daunting for me.This would be a good venture for a partnership. Sure to make a 50% profit.

Sounds to me like youv’e been had. I would however pursue and look to seek good legel advice there must be a legal loop hole in your favour. These days if you look hard enough you will always find something.
