From what I have read of this site, there are some fantastic mortgage broker’s on this site. If you are willing to give up a few “do-dads” ( you’ll read about it soon enough ), they will very likely be able to help you.
Saving is always good anyway. Check out some of the “web links” you’ll do well there.
Personally. the two books that affected me the most are “The Richest Man in Babylon,” and “7 Secrets of the Rich”. Read them ( along with others ), read this site, and talk to people – voila’ you’re on way.
Cheers

Hi there EmZY. Depending on how stressful your studies are ( and what you are studying ), perhaps you could start a small business helping other students?
Tax deductions could also come into play there too – phone paperwork etc. You would need to speak to a pro about, perhaps someone here has already done it and could give you some tips?
Good luck

Personally, I think Craig Stevens should be swimming. He was the one who qualified, not Ian Thorpe. On the other hand I also agree that an Olympic champion should have the automatic right to defend their title at the next Olympics.

Richest Man in Babylon should be required reading.
Cashflow 101 should be played during lunch breaks etc. All I did at school was play Doom over the school network and in later years played Blackjack for real money.
Imagine if I had learnt real world stuff. Ooohh the possibilities…….

Just to add to the confusion. I am currently in
Malaysia for work. The apartment / condo I am staying in is 20 floors high. The lift buttons go like this:
It is my opinion that a real estate agent should know as much as possible about the place they are selling, including the answers to your questions, if the owners are willing to part with the information.
I’m sure the other 20 people would have liked to hear the answers as well.
