    there is a program called mortgage watchdog.com.au
    you can purchase over the net.it costs me 165 dollars..and you get a number of ebooks that l didnt find to interesting due to them being from the states..the program is easy to understand and they guarantee youre money back if the banks arnt wrong and have not over charged you..after checking my statements l found that one month they have over charged and the next undercharged so it worked out that l had not been taken to the cleaners so l emailed them saying l was dissapointed and wanted my money back got no reply..

    thanks for that mick as there comments were that the interest doesnt matter. its the fees and charges that do.as the starting rate was 7per cent
