Im looking for long term investment not quick cash although if i can get that y not. But its more long term investment in the property market in both commercial and residential. I will also be going to Afghanistan next year to look up oppurtunities there, for we own around 25 hectares (300 hectare with all the cousins +++) where they wish to rebuild new Kabul city and I want to c also whether I can buy property there, some parts of kabul are more expensive than sydney and rent is anywhere between 5k to 10k a month for some builds. Sorry off the topic I know

Ah i just added them on as an example not to compare with anything, just a quick search on that site, I wasnt looking at the price or the returns, I was just trying to give an example of what I was talking about. I would like to get into the property market and I am not sure of what way to go about it although I am thinking about seeing a financial advisor either with my bank westpac or http://www.moneysolutions.com.au. My question is, is it worth going and buying office space as a 1st investment or is it better to first go with residential, If say a office space in parramatta CBD is worth investing in such as this 1 http://www.commercialrealestate.com.au/72197
or this 1 http://www.commercialrealestate.com.au/43350 and even this sounds interesting http://www.commercialrealestate.com.au/58794. Just alot of questions, I wish to get into the property market.[cigar]
