Hi Guys
Didn’t know that there were 130 houses in Tokoroa.
If driving along the main road or State Highway One and close your eyes and count slowly to ten you will have driven right past the town and seen nothing.
Mind you, you have to be the passenger.

Hi Guys
Who is the Aussie who has bought 130 properties in Tokoroa?

as the ball never left the NZ 20 yard line.Actually it was the Aust 20 yard line(22m line)
And the score was, wait for it, The Goodies 16 the Baddies 7.
Yep we definitely need impartial refs. With an impartial ref the Goodies would have won by an innings and 56 runs.

Hi Guys
No I think it is Captain Ahab or Tuqiri or Rathbone.
Just as well big Jonah isn’t playing or they would have changed back to league.Regards
Ah Westan, dear old friend.
Who is going to win you may ask?[withstupid]
Good question![grad]
I think the weather will win and the game will be called off.[baaa]
Now if the game is not called off then as everyone in NZ knows….. the All Blacks will win….probably by an innings and 234runs.[jerry]
If they are going to play rugby then as everyone in Australia knows the All Blacks are going to win…..probably by about 15 points or more AND Spencer to be the big hero or villan.[offtopic]
Looking at a few stats today I notice that the run on All Blacks backs have had 247 tests collectively to 194 by the Aussies. The forwards have played 135 tests to 172 by the Aussies.
So all up, the All Blacks have had 382 tests to 366 by the Aussies. Now when the next property cycle begins (like tomorrow) judging by those stats as mentioned above then investing in property in Australia is an absolute waist of time an all youse Aussies should be getting in contact with Westan and buying up all the absolutely spot on deals that he and his spotters are saucing in New Zealand and be prepared to pocket all those loverly dollars you will make.[specool]
Thank you for taking the time to read this long and polluting message, please return to the top and start again.[stun]
All Blacks by 15points.
Hi Martin

Hi Guys
Kiwi Netball Girls do it again. 53 goals to 46.
That is a series whitewash 3 games to zilch. The Kiwi scrubbers have beaten the Aussies 4 games in a row.[baaa]
Also see that the Worriors have scrapped themselves off the bottom of the NRL.

Hi Guys
The “Scrubbers” win again. 52 to 50.
It is the first time in 15yrs the NZ Netball Team have won a series against the Aussies.Still, there is one more test to play BUT the NZers can’t be beaten.
Netball is not an Olympic Sport but it is played at the Commonwealth Games.

Hi Westan
Yes I think we are sending a team.
I think they expect to win at least 7 medals. What colour, I am not sure.
However most of them will be won sitting on their bums.Regards
Hi Rugbyfan
Yes but the netballers are easier to look at.

Hi Hotshot
Interesting question.
3/4 of NZ’s population live in the North Island.
That is 3m to 1m.
Westan lives in the South Island but sources property in both islands.
I live in the North Island and all my IPs are in the North Isalnd but in various parts of it.So most of the jobs are in the north but there is a better live style in the south.
Toss a coin and you will get heads or tails so personal choice.

Do you work for Wakelin & Wakelin?I have read the book Streets Ahead and its the other extreme to McKnight. ie. within 10kms of city to ve+ cash flow regional/rural.
I invest bewteen Streets Ahead and McKnight. But in the long term I favour the Streets Ahead theme.
That doesn’t answer my question.
I want to know if I can post Steve’s latest newsletter on the propertytalk web site?

I presume you are talking about that game where the boys run around in very tight squeekies and singlets and where the crowd is about 75% women.

Hi Guys
Now I know why all those pathetic NZ jokes have suddenly reared its head.
Item in one of our daily newspaper explains all.
Happiness becoming big business in Australia
29 June 2004SYDNEY: You don’t need millions to be happy. At The Happiness Institute in Australia, a couple of hundred dollars may do the trick.
Since the institute opened its doors this year, men and women of all ages have been paying $A200 an hour ($NZ221) for lessons in how to feel great.
Businesses are spending as much as $A6000 on half-day happiness workshops for their staff.
“You can actually increase your happiness levels. That’s what we teach,” said Timothy Sharp, founder of institute, which also offers group sessions from $A30 a head.
“We take people from zero and try to put a positive in their happiness bank account. You don’t have to settle just for OKness. It’s no more OK than having a zero bank balance. You can have a lot more,” Sharp told Reuters.
Experts say only about 15 per cent of happiness comes from income, assets and other financial factors. As much as 90 per cent comes from elements such as attitude, life control and relationships.
There are too many sad Australians lamenting the downturn in the housing market.

Oh dear!!!!!!!!
With jokes like these I feel very sorry for all those Orstralians who have bought investment properties in New Zealand.

Hi Guys
Why wasn’t Jesus born in Australia? Because they couldn’t find three wise men or a virgin.
Also heard tell that with all those New Zealanders living in Australia the intelligence level of both countries was raised.

Hi Guys
Some players have been loyal to the game for years. Why can’t the ARU be loyal to them?Top grade sport is not about being loyal. It is all about WINNING. A winning team brings in the crowds.
Look at the Worriers. Crawling along the bottom of the NRL. The more they loose the smaller the crowd.Regards
Hi Wilandel
I see that the local NZ soap Shortland Street has just clocked up 3000 episodes over a 12 year reign.
Mind you it is still a long, long way behind Coro Street.Mini’s friend has also done well in Taumarunui.
Westan, you must be slipping. ESC have just listed a house on your doorstep in Gore.6 Surrey Street listed for $44k and a finders fee of $1995.
