    Or in other words you are not part of the 25% of the wealthiest people in the world.

    Ohhhhhh Pinky DON”T leave us again without telling us. The suspense was killing.
    Hell I had to go and some physical work like scrub cutting and using the chainsaw to get next year’s firewood.
    My poor hip is now suffering in a big way.
    The kids can’t be that bad that rAty couldn’t get away for a few minutes anyway.

    By being away for those days he is down about 67 postings. Just as well Poltergeist was away as well.

    Excellent list. They are all important.
    Also talk to Property Managers in the areas that you short list, particulary if you are from out of town.

    A forumite in an earlier posting also mentioned talking to the police in your shortlisted location.

    Visit the area and maybe walk or cycle around it. Take your time to develop a feel for the area.

    Rugby World Cup, what Rugby World Cup?

    I thought it was Cricket World Cup. 142 without loss, that’s a pretty good opening stand.

    And some of the other scores 91 for 7 and 90 for 6. Well I ask you.

    Now 16 to 15 that’s more like it.

    Sorry about that. All gaps are now filled.

    My son has a guy in his rugby team they call Fatboy. He’s about 3metres tall and weighs about 150kgs. Quite a sight when he gets up to full speed with the rugby ball. Can drink most of his team mates under the table as well.

    The weather today has been brilliant. We even had a small frost this morning. Luckily I haven’t planted my tomatoes yet.
    Spent yesterday cutting scrub and today getting next year’s firewood in.
