    Hi rAty

Just the answer for all your new offspring.
Let them get big and fat. Execute, Skin, cure and turn the leather into a furry cover for the bed.

You will be the envy of all your friends.

I know because possum skins make for a damned nice cover for the bed.

    Hi rAty

Now down to the serious business. It looks as if you need a damned good mouser I mean ratter.

My Oskah is a damned good dog on possums and rats.
It looks as if I need to bring over to you. Problem solved again.

    Hi rAty

    Welcome back.

Instead of buying more wire netting etc, why don’t you buy a cat.

    Problem solved.

    Hi Mel and Paul

    Gee that sounds good.

Now back to email scams. An email scam doing the rounds concerns those Westpac customers with online banking. Some have received an email that resembles the Westpac home page and are asked to put in their number and password.

Ho hum and now what happens next? I leave that to your imagination.

    Hi Guys

Question: How far can the Govt let the Aust Dollar appreciate against the American dollar?

The NZ dollar is now about 61.5c to the Ameriacn dollar and our economy is hurting because of it( highest it has been for about 6 yrs) and our OCR rate is higher than yours.

Oh well your Govt has jumped into bed with the Americans anyway and so Guys, you have not got too much to worry about with interest rates rising too far.

    Hi Andrew

That’s great. Certainly a damned sight faster than emailing poor ole Kelvin all the time.

As an aside is your Rentmaster Programme still available to NZPIF members at a discounted price please.

I know the offer was for October only but it is only just into November.

    Hi Kelvin

Give Rentmaster a call and see if he can list it on his web site. Save you checking your emails all the time.

    Hi Andrew

Well done on getting Fudge’s masterpiece onto your web site. It certainly is easy to download and much more convenient than emailing.

Try this link and see if it can also be added to your web site?

    Hi Fudge

    Thanks for the email.

As you know, we in NZ don’t have that antiquated thing called Stamp Duty or Capital Gains and as well we are going to win the Rugby World Cup.

How can I get around not having to put in Stamp Duty please?

Good luck with the exams and keeping on with the improvements to the spreadsheet.

    Regards
