Hi rAty
Great to hear from you.
It’s a curse when the family pets run away.
Oskar our very big and old fox terrier got chased by the dog pound man while in Napier.[xx(]
The dog ran up the driveway and then stood there and barked at the poor guy. We were lucky. Oskar has only been registered once in his life. Would have been costly if he had have been caught.[!]
Didn’t buy the computer. The store didn’t have any.
How is Pinkeeeeeeeee? Haven’t heard much from her lately either.[xx(]
Your eldest was lucky she didn’t loose an eye.[]
Still I am sure you will get around the internet connection problem.[]
We are off to Auckland on Wed as it is the granddaughter’s fifth birthday.[:0)]
The house price index for Wanganui startng with an index of 1000 in Dec 89 by Yr 13 Mar 03 the index is now 1084 with a ranking of 72 out 0f 74 authorities.
Also the population is estimated to drop by 6.9% in the period from 2001-2021.
As Steve says probably the best thing to do is make a trip to Wanganui to get a feel for the area. Cost is also tax deductible anyway.
We have 6 IPS.
1 in South Auckland
2 in Tokoroa and
3 in Napier.
Generally house prices have increased again in NZ.
Except in Auckland and Southland where the ave prices have dropped and more houses are on the market.
Latest figures for November can be found on the Realenz site – Market Stats.
You could also try http://www.rentmaster.co.nz/
as well. It is for sale in Australia. Apart from free programs this one would be one of the cheapest around.
