    Well what do you know. 3 wins and a draw for the NZ teams in the Super 12 at the weekend.

    However there are still 2 Australian and 2 South African and only 1 NZ team in the top five.

    Still 8 weeks to go.

    It is the real 15 star treatment.

    No, really basic bed and breakfast. They are looking for property and getting the feel for the areas which have +cash flow properties so they don’t hang around too long during the day.

    One of Steve’s mappers has stored some boxes with me until he gets set up properly.

    Contact Westan with a pivate message and have a chat with him. He is sourcing property in NZ for Australian investors.

    He has moved to NZ to purposely buy property.

    There are many postings on NZ. Use the search function.

    Also log onto http://www.propertytalk.co.nz and have a look. There is a wealth of info on there as well.

    I have already hosted about 5 Australians who have come to NZ to buy IPs.

    I am meeting another one on the 15 March.

    Well what do you know. As Westan has said NZ 5-1 over SA in the one dayers.

    However it is the 5 dayers that worry me. But if it stays wet NZ may have a chance.

    Yep Chan, the second most visited page at the moment in Forum Frolic next to Aussierogue’s Riddle AND it is just into the third month of the year. Even you have posted 5 times.

    At this rate it should clock up about 3500 viewings by the year’s end.

    Not bad for Sportstalk in a Property Forum.

    Hi Rugbyfan

    As I said earlier, there are 11 games to play before the finals AND we have only just finished the first two weeks.

    I know that two Aussie teams are leading the comp BUT as I also said earlier the NZ teams have the player depth which the Aussie teams don’t have.

    I KNOW that the NZ teams did poorly at the weekend BUT the Blues are back as favourites, in NZ anyway.

    Let us wait until round eight before we think about who may make the final four.

    My first pick will be: The Blues, Crusaders, Highlanders and maybe an Aussie team.

    My second choosing would be: The Blues, Brumbies, Crusaders and a SA team.

    Roll on March 29 when we will have a much better idea of who may make the final four.

    Now the golf. An Aussie had to win that as about 600 Aussies were playing. Odds on that one had to win.

    Thanks Westan for the big rap for the cricketers beating the SAs.
    I wonder about the five day version though.

    Some English language Schools in Auckland have shut down and some are being investigated.

    The numbers of Asian students in Auckland have dropped.

    Yet still more and more units are coming on stream in the Auckland CBD.

    Still appears to be a market for them though.
