The house price index for Wanganui startng with an index of 1000 in Dec 89 by Yr 13 Mar 03 the index is now 1084 with a ranking of 72 out 0f 74 authorities.

Nobody where I live play the games let alone know anything about the games. So I rather miss out.

I think Kieran’s game is more applicable to our situations and I would love to play again.

Generally house prices have increased again in NZ.
Except in Auckland and Southland where the ave prices have dropped and more houses are on the market.
