Hey Catalyst,
I agree with you re: ' is it the blind leading the blind' . My goal is I have been on a private course kind of tied in with Steve cert 4. He gave anyone on it who was enrolled the chance to come to Melbourne every 2 months from July last year to oct this year ( last meeting next month) to stay in the course we had to complete…[Read more]munmun5 replied to the topic Steve McKnight’s seminar in Brisbane in the forum General Property 11 years, 2 months ago
Check out this link http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0088763/ the booking process is quite complex and involves getting to 88miles per hour and generating 1.21 gigawatts. In all seriousness though this was one of his market updates LAST year. I think he is planning on having another one in october this year. If you are in Brisbane check out this…[Read more]

If you have not done any further education eg uni tafe etc you will probably be eligible for the whole course to be funded. I am currently looking at this as I may fall through a loophole as i have a uni degree from NZ but never studied here.

Adiskay. I’m 25 and in a similar situation as you. I have just started the cert 4 property investment course ( done at home) designed by Steve. So far it is great I am about 18/66 sections into it although I haven’t done any of the assignments yet. At this stage I would encourage you to get into this as I think it gives you a great basis to see if…[Read more]
