Hey D Mac I can vouch for Steve Mcknights Cert 4 as I have completed the course. It is well structured and really gives you the fundamentals to not make the mistakes that most people do. Again not a free lunch but worth a look. Good luck

Hey guys just wondering if you have a room that slopes from approx 3m+ down to 2.3m approx haven't measured it may be 2.4 but will say for arguments sakes its under the 2.4m height. Does it require all areas to be over 2.4m or are there any allowances for slopes roofs.
Thanks

Hey Richard,
That was just stolen out of the back of those property mags with median house price , 3 month growth etc . I myself wouldn't be rushing into those suburbs either for growth . Cmoore holding for 5-10 years is very vague. Would a set growth % return be better. Having sound exit strategies and making sure your money is working the…[Read more]munmun5 replied to the topic Setting up a team in Ipswich in the forum Value Adding 10 years, 11 months ago

I have completed Steve's property apprenticeship Cert 4 and can highly recommend that for giving you the basis to build your financial freedom and property knowledge as it has helped me from knowing nothing about property to now knowing what I don't know ( but also knowing…[Read more]munmun5 replied to the topic Demolish and Build 2 Homes – where to get my figures from?! in the forum Help Needed! 11 years, 1 month ago

So in another forum topic you say ' the blind leading the blind' and that no experienced investors will be a weakness of this group. Then when a member who helps a lot of people on here says he would like to come ( there may have been underlying sarcasm that I missed) and I invite him along you bag me for that as well. Any other tips you can throw…[Read more]

Hey Richard,
Had our first meeting yesterday. We welcome young and also young at heart ( as we had with one of our members). Just wanting motivated people who are willing to take action not people who are meeting/course junkies who aren't willing to get things done. I have followed lots of your posts and our group would love you to come along. I…[Read more]
